A relatively straightforward hole made difficult by a pond fronting the green. A straight drive avoiding a fairway bunker on the right will give a view of the green which is fully protected by a large pond and two bunkers on the right. The left side of this hole is OB and flanked by trees. The green slopes from back to front with the back tier rising steeply making the approach very challenging when the flag is placed in that position. The front left portion of the green is a favourite pin site and is very difficult to get to because of the pond fronting it. It would be wiser to go slightly longer and make use of the back to front slope to draw the ball down. Nonetheless, a par or even a birdie here is always a possibility.
