Application Checklist

Kindly submit the following documents together with the membership application form :

  • Copy of I.C (both sides) / Passport - Basic, Spouse and Children.
  • Copies of children’s birth certificates (below 21 years of age).
  • Copy of marriage certificate.
  • Photographs (Coloured and not instant, passport size)
    • Golfers: 5 copies
    • Non-golfers: 3 copies
    • Indicate name on the reverse side of the photograph
  • Business card.
  • Refundable Deposit – RM1,000.00 payable to Saujana Resort (M) Berhad.
  • UOB Club Plus Application Form. (Compulsory)

Completion of Form

  • A. Form M (Individual)
    • Section A, B, C & D.
  • B. Form N (Nomination)
  • Appointment
    • Section A For corporate shareholders, kindly affix common seal and state capacity of signatory (ies).
    • Section C, D, E & F.
  • Replacement
    • Section B For corporate shareholders, kindly affix common seal and state capacity of signatory (ies)
    • Section C, D, E & F.
    • Nomination fees – RM2,650.00 incl of 6% GST, payable to Saujana Resort (M) Berhad.

Application for Car Stickers

Each member is allowed a maximum of four (4) car stickers only. The first two are available free of charge. The additional stickers will be issued at RM15.90 incl of 6% GST each upon application.

You are requested to return your car sticker (s) to the Club in the event of your vehicle (s) being disposed of under whatsoever circumstances. Replacement of car stickers will be charged RM15.90 incl of 6% GST each. Expired stickers are the property of the Club and can be recalled at the Club’s discretion.

Application for Golf Bag Tag

It is compulsory for all golfing members to apply for golf bag tag. RM15.90 incl of 6% GST will be debited into member’s account for each golf bag tag issued. A member is also requested to return his/her golf bag tag when he/she has ceased to be a member of Saujana.

For additional golf bag tag, please provide one (1) latest photo (passport size) and RM15.90 incl of 6% GST will be charged each upon application.

Access Card

Each member is allowed a maximum of four (4) Access Cards. The first two are available free of charge and additional will be issued at RM53.00 incl of 6% GST each, which will be charge into member’s account.

Malfunctioning will be replaced free of charge. Stolen cards will be replaced free of charge with a copy of a police report indicating that the card was actually stolen. Lost cards and cards deliberately damaged or damaged through negligence will be replaced at a fee of RM53.00 incl of 6% GST each.
